A place where everyday super heroes (yes mom, I am talking about you) unite to become the best versions of themselves through community, connection, movement, mindfulness, healthy eating and having fun.
It's the accountability group that every mom needs to help them stay motivated and consistent with their personal goals.
what is included in THe MOM CLUB?
While the club you may be used to involves drinks and dancing, this one is a little different... but we still dance and we have a ton of fun!
I get how busy life is for a mom. Work, kids' homework, activities, meal prep, housework, husband, social life, fitness, these are all the things that keep our calendar and to do list jam packed!
What this club will provide is the accountability to help you stay consistent with your goals. It's the club that will remind you that you can't put YOU on the back burner. It's your own group of cheerleaders who can relate to all the things you do and will be the support group you need to help you stay true to you.
What you will see in the club
Goal Setting Session:
If you don't say it, is it even true? Each month you will set a new goal specific to you. We break it down, plan out the month and get all the details down on paper and then we share it. I know what's usually the first thing to go when life gets busy and that is your plans. We are going to change that by helping you stay consistent.
A coach once said to me, if you're not learning you're not growing... Or something along those lines... (lol) and it's so true. Each month we will have an info session on a topic that's voted by you. As a Total Body Health Coach I love to share info on all the things from mindset, fitness, nutrition and I love to have fun. Some sessions we may have a guest speaker!
One of the best ways we can take care of ourselves is through movement, which is why this is one of our pillars. This club will have exercises at your fingertips so you have a variety of ways to move your body which in turn will help you feel stronger, healthier and empowered. We have a library of videos that you can choose from and new videos uploaded weekly.
I know, you are wondering what to have for supper each day, you need something different because you are sick of the same recipes. Maybe you struggle with packing kids lunches or what to feed your baby! You will learn all about my complete in 3 meal set up that will take all the guess work away from you.
Girl, I love seeing women succeed. I know what it takes to commit to accomplish your goals and I want to help you ladies do that, month after month!

(A) "It’s for anyone who is ready to join other moms and commit to making time for themselves. It is a club where we set goals for ourselves and work towards them every month.
Look ladies, navigating mom hood is hard enough as it is, we want to take you by the hand and help you every step of the way and help you blossom at the same time.
If you want to be part of a community of like minded woman who want to be the best mom and human possible, this is for you."
(Q)What if I already have my own nutrition and fitness regime?
(A) "This community can be whatever you need to be. Maybe you need help staying consistent. Maybe you are just looking to network with other moms. Maybe you need an outlet for fun and community. As long as you want to help cheer on other moms, this community is for you!
(Q) Are the workouts mom friendly?
(A) "You bet your bottom dollar they are. There are even kid friendly ones too. I know what you are thinking, gosh she has thought about everything... ;) The workouts are for all levels of fitness and mom hood and you will have so many options to choose from. We even have some yoga too if that is what you are feeling.
Can't get rid of the kids? Gah, I feel you on that one too. We have kid friendly workouts where we get them involved too and not to mention our in person family workouts. We got you covered in all the most amazing ways.
There is no such word as can’t. We take you where you are on your journey and help you get to the next level. This community has something for everyone and we offer modifications too. Whether you’re an avid gym goer or looking to start getting active, you will love this community!"
(Q)I’m not much of a facebook person can I still join?
(A) "No worries there. You can get added to our email list where you can stay updated and not miss a thing! In fact, most of the information is on the website and the first of the month I provide you a full schedule of events so you can book ahead.

But, I just know you are going to LOVE this community and will want to log on to good ol FB just to get in on the amazing vibes and community we have going on.
(Q) What form of payment do you accept?
(A) "All payments will be done through this website and you will need a VISA or Mastercard to sign up."
(Q)Will it be the same information each month?
(A)" That is a hard H*LL NO… Mom life can be so mundane and I don't know about you, but I get bored doing the same thing and need to spice things up!
The dates will stay the same so you know when they are.
So, each month we offer new things to bring that spice to your life.
Oh and just a little tease, we have so many creative things ligned up and you are NOT going to want to miss out!"
(Q) Is this a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time or is there a certain commitment?
(A) "It is a monthly membership BUT you can cancel at any time. We would hate to see you leave us, but you can leave at any point at all. Just a heads up that when you leave, you will no longer have access to all the goodies."
