After being in an unfulfilling job for way too long and losing my zest for life, I left the 8-5 life to pursue a career in helping moms navigate the challenging waters of mom hood.  Now, I spend my days helping moms develop from the inside out and showing them how to be the best versions of themselves using 6 pillars; community, connection, mindfulness, movement, nutrition and fun.
